Hubertushof Tilde

A HOUSE WITH HISTORY. A NEW CHAPTER. A FAMILIAR FEELING.

The Seehotel Hubertushof is a place of long tradition – directly on Lake Wörthersee, woven into the lives of generations, carrying countless stories along the way.

For more than 100 years, the house was run by the Kenney family – with dedication, warmth, and a fine sense for both the place and its guests.
We are deeply grateful for their decades of work and for the trust they have placed in us by handing it over.

Since spring 2025, we, Marina Janschitz and Florian Böker, have been continuing this chapter:
as the new hosts, with a fresh perspective and a clear approach to hospitality.

Even though we have taken the helm, we are not present in the spotlight every day.
We set the direction, provide the framework – and trust in a strong team that brings daily life at the Hubertushof to life.
Because alongside the Hubertushof, we also run the Villa Bulfon with the Seerestaurant Rosé – and share our time between both houses.

Our Role: Hosts in the Background

We do not see ourselves as classic hosts with constant presence, but as those who ensure quality, atmosphere, and reliability.
It is our on-site team that shapes the daily, personal encounters –
with sensitivity, attentiveness, and genuine joy for their work.
They give Hubertushof its face – and create the feeling of home.

A Place with Charm and Character

In addition, we run the neighboring Hotel Villa Bulfon – a retreat full of charm, distinct character, and its very own pace.
Between the two houses, synergies emerge that we value and nurture:
two hotels, two moods – but one shared understanding of quality, style, and authenticity.

For our guests, this means:

More freedom. More possibilities to shape the stay individually.

Change with Intention – One thing we want to say openly:

With new hosts also come new impulses. Not everything remains as it was – some things will be rethought, redesigned, or intentionally reduced.

Those who embrace this with openness will rediscover much that is familiar – and perhaps gain something new.
Those who fundamentally reject change may feel more comfortable elsewhere.
And that is perfectly fine. Because true hospitality requires a good feeling on both sides.

Welcome to the new Hubertushof.

What remains is the lake.
What changes is the handwriting.
We look forward to welcoming you.
